  New Year's Eve ordered food at 5:30 pm, was told it would be ready at 6:30. Had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. They kept selling what they could not deliver. Never again.

  I hate having to give this restaurant 1 star as the food is actually pretty good, but the customer service and wait times are absolutely awful and not worth it. I have tried going 4-5 times now annd every time whether I call or place online I am waiting 30 minutes longer than the time they said it would be ready, sometimes even 45 and as a mother with 2 young kids in the car that’s just unacceptable. Then I called to check status of my order multiple times and they place the phone down and I can hear them talking and they just leave it sitting there. Even though the food was decent, will never go back because of the awful customer service. They didn’t even apologize or care to resolve it. So sad

  The Thai food at Diho Siam is always delicious and the waitstaff is very friendly. We usually do carryout but the restaurant has a pleasant environment as well.

  Diho Siam is absolutely amazing! The food is bursting with authentic flavor, beautifully presented, and always fresh. Every dish tastes thoughtfully made — from appetizers to desserts. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel truly welcome. The restaurant is spotless and has a warm, relaxing atmosphere that makes every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great Thai food and excellent service!

  They are always busy but it is for a good reason. It is the best Thai food in Mission Viejo.
