  The overwhelming influence for this review is how expensive BWW has gotten now. Our waitress was super personable and initially responsive; however, we ended up with incomplete and incorrect orders. One of us ordered a wrap and was brought a sandwich. She did ask if he wanted it corrected, but he was hungry enough to try to make it work since it took a minute for food to come out (we were here late so less staff). After 1 bite, he regretted that and ate nothing more. She disappeared for the rest of our meal (I'm assuming busy in the back). I had ordered fries, but they never came. What we had tasted good. Again, partially our fault for not asking for the sandwich to be corrected upfront; and I didn't realize my fries were missing until we couldn't find the waitress. To be very fair, the manager did come by to discount the ticket and was extremely nice and apologetic. And the waitress really was very nice and personable while she took our order. The high price paired with inaccurate/incomplete food is the sole reason for the 3 stars. It's hard to justify $20+ for 6 wings and fries, especially when the full meal never came 😅 if you do go for wings, I recommend trying the sweet chili wings and the chipotle BBQ dry rub.

  The mall location closed nothing on the door says we moved. Called and had to cancel the order hope food doesn't go to waste. But why wouldn't you stare on the door we moved. As a local assuming this MV location still here instear of cross street shops.

  Wings were cold because they were sitting for 30min. Silverware took another 5min while our wings got colder by the second. Our 3 fries and round of veggies were completely forgotten. 3 times the waitress and waiter came back to ask if they were brought out yet. By the time we ate the cold wings, we didn’t even want the fries n veggies anymore. We were there for almost 2 hours and spent most of our time waiting for the drinks silverware and food. Every Bdubs in the country needs a complete redo on their entire infrastructure. Even the manager didn’t do anything until the last minute when we asked for the silverware a second time.

  Went to go order and check out the new location at the Mission Viejo mall looks Asome really clean and everything and good vibes service was very friendly and quick amazing wings and bar looks epic too and the manager was so amazing too!

The Grand Opening of the newest Buffalo Wild Wings at the Shoppes at Mission Viejo opened last night and is a complete win. The space looks fantastic — modern, vibrant, and built for game day energy. Big screens, great atmosphere, and that unmistakable buzz of a place ready to become the local hotspot. A special shoutout to Ms. Sandy Fellows and her team for bringing this location to life with professionalism, pride, and attention to detail. You can feel the leadership the moment you walk in — and that sets the tone for everything. Bottom line: I’ve officially found my new go-to dining spot.
