  No workers at the counter, you order yourself through the machines. Very hard to get assistance if you need anything like a refill, or sauces, napkins, or if your missing a part of your order since they just leave it on a shelf for you to grab. Drive thru is not much better. 2 times out of 3 you will be missing an item or something will be incorrect. Very sloppy with assembling the food.

  My husband and I just quickly grab something to eat for breakfast or to drive through since I can't put a lot of pressure on my foot because I have gout so we decided to get some eggs sausage McMuffins which I haven't had in awhile and a small cup of coffee I always love the sausage McMuffins but I have noticed the hash browns are a lot more saggier than they ever have been before

  I just had my daughter pick up some food from Mc Donald’s in Sepulveda blvd. Mission Hills. Don’t know if they changed the way they do their fries. But my god they were so hard and stale. All our fries were disgusting for some reason. This particular location my food is either missing or the food taste like it’s old, crunchy or stale. If I pay for food I at least want to enjoy it not throw it away. Of course you can’t even call them. They never answer the phone. My tooth chipped from biting on s French fries. Don’t waste your time with this location.

  McDonald’s is my go-to when I’m away from home for inexpensive coffee—especially when ordering through the app. This is the second time I’ve ordered coffee and they’ve surprised me with a free cookie. I definitely don’t need the extra calories, but honestly… how do you resist? 😅 Overall, I’m really impressed with the service!
