Then after an hour, it jumped straight to picked up, even though it shows it was never prepared. The time before it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get my food and one of the pizzas was stone cold. Their pizza is not worth waiting more than 20 minutes for. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with!
