I’ve had it before and I absolutely loved it but this location totally butchered the flavor. All it tasted like was super bitter coffee, that’s it. Not even a hint of sweetness, and no cookie butter flavor AT ALL. I’m super disappointed because it was $6 and tasted like a $4 iced coffee with nothing in it. There was only one person with me in the store when I came in so I would think they have the time to make it correctly 🙃 also when they gave the drinks, they didn’t give straws? The person in the store with me and I had to ask like 2 times for straws.

I placed a pick up order for spider donuts HOURS in advance! Come in and again they don’t have the spider donuts! It would have been nice to get a call ahead of time if they weren’t going to make anymore or couldn’t fulfill my order. Wasted time and I come here often enough. Not anymore!
