- YKYaovi KpachaviNov 7, 20251.0To wife and my 3 years old went to your location on Sepulveda in Mission Hills and my wife did not know that you guys were having the dodgers buy one and get one free and the wait was about two hours and my wife asked the manager if she just get a kid casadilla without waiting for two hours because the kid started crying and saying she’s hungry and manager refused and sent my wife and my granddaughter out to get in line and my wife said we don’t want the promotion just regular sale and she said no , this is very sad that she does not have sympathy for a 3 years old child that is hungry and crying , my granddaughter loves go there at least twice a week , but today she left crying of being hungry not being able to eat because of cruelty of the manager, is this what chipotle stand for refusing to serve kids that are hungry because they want to make money first ,I am very disappointed to see kind of behavior at this location. What kind of people you have working for that don’t care humanity 🥵

There was barely any chicken and the guacamole was brown. I couldn't get a refund for this order. Im really disappointed since it was pretty expensive for this disgusting bowl. I had to remove the guacamole since it was brown and not edible.
