  Not to be dramatic but I literally hate the onion bun that’s why I asked for sesame. Super lame.

  Yeah, that’s really unprofessional — especially for a manager. Anyone would be upset by that. If you want, here are a few solid ways to handle it depending on what outcome you want:

  My first time to eat Arby’s in probably 40+ years. Great place, good vibe from the 80s, friendly crew (especially Lorena and Joel). The place gets a good amount of traffic despite being across the street from a McDonald’s. Food is good, the beef is flavorful (way better than the one across the street), the curly fries are a welcome respite from the ubiquitous processed fries of other fastfood chains. Also, don’t forget to ring the bell on the way out to show your appreciation for the staff and good food.

  One of the horrible place for Arby's that I have experienced at this place it's just unacceptable as their response and the service are so lame and so unprofessional including the manager I don't even know who hired this guy I would have used some words to describe him but not least he's a human being I would just say he should at least maintain the minimum quality of a human being and at least a show little manner that his parents forgot to teach him I always thought Arby's is linked with the you know Jesus Christ and Christianity to be nice and serve people rightly with extra gentleness and care and I have experienced this in one of the RVs on the north side but unfortunately this Arby's just you know a red flags red flags and and I have an experienced such low service and professionalism that I would never ever go there and I would still rethink I'm going to a different Arby's by the way at least fix your sign that just shows how unorganized and how messy they are
