  Average Mac. I usually go there from drive through. Today decided to go inside to grab a drink. Very disappointed. I stand there for 15min and not getting 1 ice coffee. Everyone is running around but seems they do not care to much about person in front of them. Have to leave without the order. Wasted 4 dollars Lesson learned If you go, go drive through At least you’ll get your order

  Saw a worker grabbing the girls and making the feel uncomfortable name is Charlie but his name is Juan they didn't seem to call his attention if you guys see this Charlie"Juan" guy watch out

  4/10/2026 7:30am-7:40am Double check your drive-thru order before leaving the second window. If it looks undercooked, just leave. Today in the morning at 7:40 am, I placed an order. I ordered a hot mocha, and it was basically all milk with just a dash of mocha syrup, no espresso from the machine and the hash browns were undercooked. I even asked, and she said it was correct when it wasn’t. They only had two cars and were acting super busy. On top of that, they charge $2.20 more for hot drinks, and mine wasn’t even hot. The manager seems to not help either for her team leaves hanging. People are gonna get sick of they dont check whats going on. Revisa bien tu pedido en el drive-thru antes de irte de la segunda ventana. Si parece poco cocido, mejor vete. Hoy en la mañana, a las 7:40 am, hice un pedido. Pedí un mocha caliente y era prácticamente pura leche con apenas un poco de jarabe de mocha, sin espresso de la máquina, y las papas hashbrown estaban poco cocidas. Incluso pregunté y ella dijo que estaba correcto cuando no lo estaba. Solo tenían dos carros y actuaban como si estuvieran súper ocupados. Además, cobran $2.20 más por las bebidas calientes y la mía ni siquiera estaba caliente. La gerente tampoco parece ayudar; deja a su equipo sin apoyo. La gente se va a enfermar si no revisan lo que está pasando.
