    I go to this McDonald's every morning, and 4 times out of 5 they rip me off. Their large coffee cup is a medium soda cup, they leave like an inch of soace at the top of my "large" coffee. My caramel macchiato always seems to have muxed milk and coffee, which literally just makes it regular coffee. The patties in the burgers have gotten smaller recently, and have become practically invisible if you look at the burger from the side. I go there out of convenience, but I seriously might stop. Additionally, these problems are only at this McDonald's. The other McDonald's in my friend's area offers full servings with noticable portion difference.

    They don’t know how their own app even works. Tried to redeem a monopoly piece in the app, asked the manager how to do that, she literally said she doesn’t know how the app works. I think that’s simply crazy/not acceptable

    horrible. confusing kiosk is number one - grab a tent? whats a tent? no directions about that, so i head up to the counter. nobody at the counter for 10 mins and im just staring into space waiting. decided to leave.

    Food seems to not be hot enough or "fresh". There's always mistakes in the order when dealing with the app offers. I was supposed to get a sandwich for free but didn't, and I knew there was no point in going back to this place at all. It's always Russian roulette with this location unlike other McDonald's where you can actually count on the food being properly prepared.
