There food is not good and the behaviour of staf is very rude although food is not fresh i orders for the chicken sandwich when i eat that it was like rubber like they make the chicken from 1 day before

I think this is my favorite McDonald's that has consistently served great food. My issue is with management, usually i get really terrible service, not from staff but managers like Jocelyn. In drivethru, the workers accidentally gave me Hot Mustard instead of Hot Honey. Understandable mistake, i come inside and wait for help. Jocelyn at the register doesnt look up. I say "Hello". Didn't start with ordering or complaining etc, she doesnt look up at all until she was ready. I think simple acknowledgement that there was someone there wouldnt have been difficult. Her tone seemed annoyed. I explained to her i was in the drive thru and got the wrong sauces. She doesnt say anything, snatches the two sauces out of my hand and grabs the right one. Still not a word, gives me the right one and immediately turns around and off she goes. If the food wasnt good compared to other McDonald's, the service would be enough to make me never come back. Snappy and rude,

Paid over $5 for a half full large fries. The previous week was given an expired watery ranch dipping sauce.
Today 5:20 pm extremely rude service from the drive thru cashier. I said thank you twice and Nothing from her. Also no "please next window" just Next Window" in a annoying voice.
We need to start teaching these young girls real work ethics and common professional behavior now before it's too late. $20 an hour??? and they still think the world is owning them something.

If you’re reading this review, I genuinely recommend saving this location to your Google favorites (both the heart and the star).
First of all, they serve proper large fries in the red box, not those stingy “large” fries some locations give you in a white paper bag. That alone already says a lot.
More importantly, you can immediately tell that the fries here are made the way McDonald’s is actually supposed to be made. The staff clearly follows the owner’s standards. There’s no bitter, old oil taste, they’re not over-fried, and the texture is soft with a rich, fresh aroma.
I also ordered a Big Mac, and I can honestly tell when food is prepared with care—and this one absolutely was.
You can choose this location with confidence. Don’t pay attention to the 1–2 star reviews that clearly come from bad-faith reviewers or competing locations. They’re just upset that this store is doing well because of good service.
This is not a paid review or a fake post—just a genuine customer sharing an honest experience.
