  Somos clientes mi esposo y yo desde ase años pero la verdad nunca aviamos venido en un savado alas 6 pm y el servisio en la barra es pésimo d lo peor nuestra mesera nunca nos brindo una sonrisa para nada yo travajo al servicio al cliente y la sonrisa dise mas que mil palabras para los clientes definitivamente no bulbo en fin de semana debería d aver un manager viendo como estan el servicio esa es mi opinión

  We have been a regular to this location of Dave n Buster's recently as our son loves the arcade games there. He asked us to arrange his birthday there and we visited the place to review options. The service staff showed us around but asked us to reach out to event consultant to get further details. That's where the experience went downhill. Event consultant Gabi was reluctant to answer our questions. We tried sending an email to her so that she can respond to our questions at her leisure, but she just responded a single line answer which did not cover any of our other questions. It is astonishing to us that there are employees turning away happy customers who want to spend money at the establishment. We are now hosting birthday for our son at a different place, and drastically reducing our visits to this Dave n Busters due to unprofessional behaviour from their event consultant.

  My friend and I had a really disappointing experience at Dave & Busters today. I usually expect the food to be standard bar fare, but the service we received was unacceptable. To start, our food took almost 40 minutes to come out after we ordered. The place wasn't even busy, so I don't understand the delay. When the food finally did arrive, it was mediocre at best, but that wasn't even the biggest issue. Our server was completely inattentive. They hardly ever stopped by the table. We actually had to flag them down just to get my friends drink as well as remind them of the order, and to ask for an update on where our food was. It was a bit frustrating to watch them checking in on other tables regularly while we were clearly forgotten in their section. Making matters worse, when I placed my order for nachos, I specifically asked for no jalapenos. When they arrived, there were some chopped pieces near the bottom of the dish. I had to pick them off, but by the time I got to the bottom of the plate, the chips were somewhat soggy, so I just stopped eating. My friend ordered a plate of nachos as well, the only difference was that his order had chicken and jalapenos. His complaint was that there was hardly any chicken and that the queso used for the nachos had no flavor. At the end of the meal, we paid for our food and left. We're not going to be rushing back anytime soon.

  Being retired restaurant people ourselves, with one still bartending at a good place, we were very happy with the service. Management was very nice and the waiter was very attentive. We were told if we brought a whipped cream birthday cake, they could put it in the walk in until it was time to serve. I was a little surprised at the good attitudes of the staff. I figured they had been around for so long they'd probably be a bit apathetic, but nothing could be further from the truth. The super bowl was just a few days away, and they looked totally ready. The place is very clean, by the way. We went in the afternoon to show my 93 yr old mom an arcade for the first time. She was dazzled by all of these bells and whistles and lights. LOVED the huge TV screens for sports. It looks like it would have been a fun place to watch the Super Bowl but I have an aversion to wearing pants when watching sports.

  This was my son‘s first visit to Dave & Buster’s. My husband was in Santa Clara on business and my son was quite excited for this first experience. This location is very well kept, and when we walked in, we were greeted by Crystal. She was very kind extremely informative and helped me decide what would keep a 10-year-old busy for a couple hours. We had a good time and I’m sure my son will be talking about it for years to come. Unfortunately, the slot machine, my son had won The lever was no longer functioning and spinning the numbers and he only got about five minutes of use out of it. We flew back home and the disappointment on his face was something that bothered me.. I called Dave & Buster’s to see if there was any resolution and Angel went above and beyond. He made an exception and was willing to send out a replacement, which was something I was so very grateful for. The passion that he has for the company and his ability to define customer service in his actions was very impressive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave & Buster’s. I hope they know what a valuable staff they have.
