The answer better not be that it’s because demand is unpredictable given the crowd at the mall and you are trying to stop food (produce) wastage. Today I saw someone abandon their order towards the end of the assembly because 3/6 ingredients were missing. And all of the half assembled bowls and burritos were just dumped away.

Shitty service. The male servers were good. The 2 ladies were rude. Will spread in social media not to eat at this location.
