  This location isn’t great, I’d honestly rather drive farther to a different Chipotle. The portion sizes are consistently small, and it feels like the staff are overly strict when serving. I was even charged double for what was basically a quarter scoop of extra chicken, which didn’t match the price at all. Overall, the service and value just aren’t there compared to other locations.

  Fast service. Good staff. Little crowded during peak hours but a good place to have something healthy while you are shopping

  Happy to raise my rating if I get an answer to the question: how is this location consistently out of ingredients? Chipotle has few and fixed set of ingredients. The answer better not be that it’s because demand is unpredictable given the crowd at the mall and you are trying to stop food (produce) wastage. Today I saw someone abandon their order towards the end of the assembly because 3/6 ingredients were missing. And all of the half assembled bowls and burritos were just dumped away.
