Even if your employees don't notice the difference, the taste is completely different. Coke Zero is formulated to taste closer to regular Coke, while Diet Coke has a distinct, lighter flavor profile. This is not a subtle difference to people who specifically order Coke Zero. I first raised this issue more than three months ago, and your staff continues to make the exact same mistake. It's truly frustrating and gives the impression that there is absolutely no management or oversight at this location. If a simple, recurring inventory and dispensing error cannot be corrected after months of complaints, it shows a significant failure in operational control. Please address this immediately. Stop filling the Coke Zero dispenser with Diet Coke.

I’m disappointed this is the first time this chipotle has done something like this they usually forget sides or drinks but this is the first time a actual meal comes almost empty, very disappointed to pay almost 15 for a burrito bowl just for it come with no rice little meat and beans that’s not right. This location needs to do better. HORRIBLE.
