  I’ve been to many CFAs across America. This location doesn’t exemplify the principles of chick fil a. Person taking my order was doing another things while taking my order and didn’t even say hello to me. He also didn’t me what sauce I wanted or even say “my pleasure”.

  There is something about Millbrae. This is the worst chikfila I have ever visited, horrible wait times and staff that could not care less. Similar to the chipotle around the corner which is the worst location in the chain.

  Man, Carlos and Kelly were the bomb tonight. I called in at 10:53pm being 13 minutes away by car, and they told me to place an online order as they wouldn’t be able to take me in person. Then I tried placing an order online but it didn’t go through. So I called back and then took my order via phone despite being closed already. Carlos was very accommodating and gave us the grace of still getting us our dinner even though they had already closed their registers and everything. Kelly took our order via phone and gave extremely good customer service! I appreciate the both of them so much bc I drove from SF to get to this one in millbrae and they made it possible for me to eat a good dinner tonight. Shoutout to Carlos and Kelly they impacted a life tonight! 😋 give them a raise or something, they seriously deserve it. Chick fil a you got some loyal hard working employees, I’m proud of you.

  Came to this Chick-fil-A with only one mission: praying with Fried Chicken God for some good luck, and went with the classic chicken sandwich meal. Taste good as always, the meat was juicy with perfectly seasoned batter. Millbrae location is so convenient as it's right by the station, a perfect stop if you need a quick bite. Fingers crossed that the Chicken God was listening to my wish.

  Most days, it's enjoyable here at Millbrar. I'm only writing on today's experience with my ice purchase. After ordering a chicken nugget meal for my kid, I went back for a drink refill and decided to order 2 bags of ice. As my order was seemingly "passed on" by all of the team members of the line, it was passed on to another member that had walked onto the floor. Immediately, you can tell their attitudes change as they were tasked with, in my opinion, the simple task of bagging ice. As I was waiting, I overheard the person ask her co-worker if they should double bag it, only for them to respond, "If it rips, it's their problem." Hearing that, I observe them place the ice on the counter and not even get called out. As I approach to ask for my ice, I politely asked for a second bag so I doesn't become an inconvenience for them for not having done so. Honestly, I work at an elementary and deal with children, but these teens need some attitude checks. If you're not willing to do your job without all that attitude because you're working on a Friday night, well, maybe you should work a morning shift or a job that isn't so "customer service" focused.
