  I went through the drive thru today with a simple 3 item order. It's irritating that they have everyone pull around and park in the parking lot and wait for their orders to be brought out. The parking lot is ridiculously tight to maneuver and it wasn't even very busy. The fries were cold but the burger was good. I think I'll just go to Taco Bell next time I want to gran a quick lunch so I can save myself some time and irritation

  Overall: Decent when it can be. I grew up with McD playground, so this location is nice that they have one (although I don't want my toddler to get trampled over yet). BUT. As other reviews stated, this location is abnormally busy (due to being in the center of Merced where everything happens), so do not go here unless you don't mind getting missing items in your order, or getting the wrong order entirely. So many times in the last 2 years (once a month or every two months) I have gotten the Happy Meals for my son when he asks, and due to it being busy, the box being closed, and I am in a rush to go home after a long day--I do not check it and immediately regret it because now I'm at home with a Happy Meal that doesn't have the toy for my son. It's already expensive enough, so not getting the toys makes my day even longer. I don't have time to go back and wait forever just for a toy, which always takes 30 minutes to just get someone to ask "Can I help you?" and another 30 minutes to get the toy. So I skip out on even going back or calling altogether. Not worth my time for the toy. But losing my business here. I only go here if my son asks before we drive past. This location isn't as bad as the South Merced locations, as you get all kinds of people stealing your order in-store if you're "too slow" to get up and retrieve it. All locations have stopped the customer interactions so that they can focus more on making orders, but to me it's just chaos now that they got rid of the face of McD's eyes and ears at the POS. My last visit, the fries were undercooked, and there were moldy, tasty ones (my husband was the victim of it and not my kids, thankfully). [I already sent my review to the feedback survey link.]

  The food is just regular good old mcdonald's when I got my sprite the syrup to water was ratio and a worker helped me replaced when I went down to eat which I liked her customer service.

  I went in to get my food and when I went up to before even asking for my food the manager there had given me a dirty look like he was disgusted with my presence.
