- EPEric ProvencioJul 20, 20251.0Ordered our subs online and it said they would be ready by 5:20pm. We arrived at 5:35pm and they hadn’t even started the sandwiches. We had to wait until 6:05pm for our sandwiches to be finished because the store was understaffed. We then got home and one of our foot longs was a 6in. Horrible service and scammed out of half a sandwich. The only employee was an lady who did not have a name tag. This was July 20th, 2025 530-6pm. Very bad service and experience at the highest rated subway in Merced.
