I don't understand why anyone would have such an attitude—especially since I didn't walk in demanding that my damn sandwich be ready the exact moment I arrived. I’ve worked in these kinds of environments my whole life, and I understand that some customers can be difficult to deal with; however, you simply cannot have this kind of attitude when a customer approaches you to politely ask about their order. The young African-American guy working there was so unpleasant that, had I not already paid for my order online, I would have walked right out of the shop because of the way he treated every customer (four different customers during the time I was there). Ugh! If you aren't happy working at a place like this, then just don't work here; go find your happy place. And to the owners: if you don't care about your business, then don't bother doing anything to properly train your employees. Never again at this location, horrible customer service.

As a policy, they never take coupons or promotions, and are often out of ice. When my boss used gift cards, they would "stop working" the third or fourth visit that we tried to use the same one while there was still money on the card. The employees are nice though.
