- SLSean LeoneDec 18, 20252.0I used to frequent this location (at least once a week) because my boss had me pick up her regular lunch order. As a policy, they never take coupons or promotions, and are often out of ice. When my boss used gift cards, they would "stop working" the third or fourth visit that we tried to use the same one while there was still money on the card. The employees are nice though.

- NHN HopkinsOct 14, 20251.0I ordered a sandwich combo yesterday. DoorDash driver shows up with just the sandwich. I asked the driver if he was given any other items, he said no. I called and to let them know and I was going to let it go until the gentleman I spoke with said to call tomorrow and let the manager know. I called today and asked for the manager and the same gentlemen (I think) asked what it was because the manager hadn’t arrived. I explained the situation and asked if I ordered again, could he just add the forgotten items to the new order and he said sure. I provided my name and number and he said as soon as he gets the order through Door Dash, he’ll add the items. DoorDash driver shows up with the new order and the combo items were not included yet again. I’m over it and definitely not ordering subway again from this location. I always order from this spot but lately the service has gone crappy and the sandwiches are just soggy. Kind of disappointing.
