  I don't know why I ever return to this McDonald's. Out of the last 10 times I went to this location only once did they get my order right. They never offer the receipt, and now I see why, nor do they offer ketchup and never add napkins. God forbid you go inside to eat. If you are trying to ask for condiments or to use the restroom or get your order corrected, all the staff ignores you and you literally have to walk in the back to get someone's attention. Service sucks so bad at this location it should go out of business.

  I purchased two Huntrix meals, and when I got home, I noticed that the collectible cards were missing from both boxes. I called the restaurant to report the issue, and the employee I spoke with was very rude and told me there was nothing they could do because the boxes were pre-made. I even offered to return to the location, but she refused to help. I’m very disappointed with both the missing items and the way the situation was handled. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this and help resolve the issue, the whole point of the meal were the cards.

  Stop cutting down the cooking time for the chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches and filetohfish. The evening and graveyard shift are repeat offenders. It decreases the temperature and deteriorates the taste & texture of the food. Please.
