Treated my money like it was dirty and made me feel like she thought I was a bum or something. Customer service can make or break a company. I will never return or recommend your store ever again.

The manager Julian went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. Even though the issue was with the app, he made sure I was taken care of and that I left satisfied. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it really made my experience memorable. Thank you for being so professional, attentive, and for taking the time to help resolve the issue. Krispy Kreme is lucky to have a manager like Julian!
