Executive-level grace. Now let’s talk about the cashier, because whew. Handling a visibly distressed, hunger-driven human with pure professionalism and kindness is an art form.   Came in today and these clowns didnt even cut my quesadilla ....these people make $20???? Manager needs to stop hiring incompetent people and or needs to be replaced with someone who can actually follow directions ...

  I have no idea why this location even takes mobile orders. They never ever have them ready. I ordered through the mobile app at 7:15. It said my order would be ready at 7:22. So I left my house and got to the location at 7:26. I asked about the order and they said it was not ready yet. No biggie, few extra minutes right? At 7:42 I asked about my order again and the lady said there are still 7 orders ahead of mine. It is now 7:55 and im still waiting with no communication from staff. There is no reason a fast food joint that you can order ahead from should take 40 plus minutes to make an order. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

  Complete crap will never come here again, terrible service and orders all wrong. I honestly hope AI takes over the fast food industry since everyone in fast food nowadays looks at customers like complete trash, at least AI will be programmed to take orders and not complain or have a crappy attitude, I will never come here again, bad service.

  I gotta give serious props to this place. Most fast-food joints these days rush you through like you’re just another order number, but not here. From the second I walked in, the crew was upbeat, friendly, and actually seemed to enjoy their job — that alone sets the vibe right. My food came out fast, hot, and fresh — like, actually fresh. Fries crispy, burger stacked like it mattered, and the soda machine hit perfectly (you know how rare that is). I’ve been to plenty of spots where they forget half your order or hand you something that looks like it’s been sitting in the warmer since last week — not here. They nailed it. The place was spotless too. Tables clean, floor swept, and even the bathroom didn’t look like a crime scene — that’s a win in the fast-food world. And whoever’s running the grill deserves a raise because that meal was on point. I watched them handle a rush while I was there — cars lined up in the drive-thru, people waiting inside — and they still kept things moving smooth without any attitude. That’s rare. Management’s clearly doing something right here. Long story short: fast, fresh, friendly, and done right. Five solid stars from me. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m craving a quick bite that doesn’t taste like regret.
