I should've read the reviews before I got deceived by the New Yorker photos on the site.
I ordered mine with half bacon. When my husband picked it up and staff opened it, it looked like a cheese pizza. Idk why he brought it home to be honest. It had so little bacon we had to test each slice to see which one tasted like bacon.
Probably not coming here for a while. All because we wanted to try something new.

Please take a trip to New York to learn what New York–style pizza actually is. Until then, please stop calling this pizza. Ordered your version and it came out with almost no sauce or cheese — just a dry, sad frisbee of cardboard. I’ve had more flavor from a paper plate. At this point, calling this pizza feels like false advertising.

They charged me a total of 3 different times, the first time I did for delivery, once it took over 45 for the food to finish “preparing” I called and asked and they had said that no drivers had been able to pick it up and the food had been sitting for 20 minutes. I asked that if I were to go to pick up the food would I be refunded for the driver tip and delivery fees and she said no, I would need to cancel the order and place a new one. I asked how I could do it and she said she could not cancel it on her end, that I would have to cancel it on the website/app. After trying to do that for 10 minutes i found online that the only way to cancel a online order is by calling the store you ordered it from and ask them to cancel it on their end. So I call back and the same girl picks up and I explain to her that I couldn’t cancel it on my end that it would have to be through her and she said “okay I will cancel it right now” and then hung up. It was seriously rude and disrespectful. So I placed the order again for carry out and after arriving they procede to tell me that the order had complications and they had to charge me again for the order, so for a third time I paid. Getting how the breadsticks were stale and cold and so was the flatbread pizza. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they gave me the food from my previous order over 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. Terrible store and employee that helped me out. I seriously hope they learn from this. 1/5 stars.
