Was excited the Mc Rib is back.
Missed out last time they were available so I decided to get me one.
Was left standing at the register for a few minutes.
So I decide to try the order kiosk.
Must be me but I couldn't customize my order.
So again I was left standing at the register while employees looked at me but did not acknowledge me.
Finally someone came over rolled her eyes and still didn't greet me. She just stood there and looked at me.
I apologized for not being able to use the kiosk.
Then I gave her my order.
Still without a word said she just gave me my receipt and walked away.
Simple order one Mc Rib without onions and a small fries.
Receive a Mc Rib with onions
and a very small order of fries!
Very disappointing experience.

Worse McDonald’s I been too. The service was horrible, the attitude was even worse. The young manager had a smart mouth. I order on the kiosk and they give out no sauce in my order. Halloween time and they give out a bucket instead of a toy that I ordered on the kiosk. Why give options if you’re just gonna give what they want to give. Drive through is always long and I seen a lot of people standing around making food that’s already pre heated and still can’t get orders out in time or right. The general store manager needs to be around because this location is horrible

By far the worst service of any McDonalds ever! They cant even simply greet customers. I was there yesterday and watched a employee treat a customer like criminal when his order finally arrived after 20+ minutes she damn near snatched the phone out of his hand to verify his order. The customer wasnt even being impatient. So when she treated him like that i was just as shocked as the customer was! I think her name was Brenda or something like that. I will be reaching out to the GM and the corporate office in regards to this matter!

One of the worst restaurants ever. I had a horrible experience at night while ordering food. I was given food with what looked like rodent feces. I called the store at home and it was closed. I called corporate the next day and I was told someone would call me. They never did. I called on the second day to the store and spoke to a manager named Jazlin. I explained the issues with the food and she was unprofessional. I asked for a refund and she told me that I had to bring all the food back to the store, policy. I will never be visiting or buying anything from this location again. I hope they get issues wrong at this location in order ASAP.

I ordered 3 20 piece nuggets and only got 2 20 piece nuggets. They basically stole from me. Make sure to check your order because they will mess it up!
