- BHBetty H3 days ago3.0Located in 'Menifee Lakes Plaza' (Antelope & Newport Roads) right next to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. There's plenty of parking, no drive-thru. I almost left because the shop was understaffed, only one employee was working with a line of customers, but the wait ended up being short. My Strawberry Smoothie was perfectly blended and tasted great. However, the lone employee seemed bothered, and the customer service definitely fell short. It's strictly a 'to-go' spot with no seating. An average experience overall; I'm undecided on returning given the lack of customer service.

A long wait for your order. I placed an online order and when I went inside to pick it up, non of the workers greeted me but they did greet other customers thet walked in after me. Waited 15 mins until they acknowledged me and my drink was done this whole time I was waiting.

I don't know how she held it together. The lobby was full of people and phone going off, and also filling doordash orders.

The delay wasn’t his fault; it was management’s. No store should be staffed with only one person. Really disappointing experience, and shame on the owner for not having proper staff.
