The delay wasn’t his fault; it was management’s. No store should be staffed with only one person. Really disappointing experience, and shame on the owner for not having proper staff.

Every single of the 20+ jamba juice locations ive been to they have increased the amount to a large. Here they put the amount into a medium. I asked about the extra and they said store policy. This is dumb. I asked for 2 scoops of whey. Realistically I probably only got one because of the excess they threw away. Why not just give the extra. Quite sad actually this is how Jamba Juice treats customers. 😕 All the additives you request, a percent is thrown away by this store's policy...... 👍

I definitely recommend ordering online beforehand and picking up in-store so you don’t have to wait too long. They were quite busy when I came, so I waited quite a long time to grab a worker’s attention. Other than that, I enjoyed the smoothie and appreciated how my smoothie was kept in the freezer and wasn’t just left out in the open waiting for me. Not bad.
