Apparently chit chatting with her friends/past employees is more important than the long lunch line that was there. Will go to another chipotle from now on. No sense of urgency what so ever. I had an online pick-up order scheduled for 3:20 p.m. I picked up my food and planned to sit and eat, but even though the restaurant was completely empty, a man chose to sit directly in front of me, as if we were about to face each other to eat. It made me uncomfortable, so I left the restaurant entirely. I had errands and work to do, so I drove all the way to Temecula before finally opening my food. When I did, I realized the salad I ordered didn’t have any salad mix at all — it was literally just a bowl of rice. Because I was already working and had driven to Temecula, I couldn’t go back right away. I also couldn’t justify buying more food after already paying for this order, so I ended up waiting the entire day without eating. When I was finally able to return to that location later that night, I was told that because it was an online order, I would need to contact them online. I didn’t receive an apology for the mistake, any acknowledgment of the inconvenience, or any compensation for a completely incorrect order that affected my entire day. I didn’t get to eat, I didn’t get a refund, and I didn’t get any apology. I won’t be returning to this location.

Even after calling and asking and being told "yeah, we have everything". This is the third time my time was wasted. They really need to fix this.
