  Mcgriddles and Mcmuffins are always good. Service was quick and kind! The tables and seats were pretty clean and there was a good amount of seating. Bathrooms were pretty clean as well. I came in with a friend at about 8:30 in the morning and the inside was empty. Everyone was taking the drive thru. Go inside in the mornings and it'll be quicker for ya. McDonald's is always a good spot to drop by!

  No McDonald's is perfect, especially in modern times where the most basic customer services like greeting and acknowledging customers is a thing of the past, this location differs. Ive yet to have an incorrect order, and they're relatively quick. Compare this with their next nearest McDonald's in Arcata, where the opposite of everything I just said is true. The extra five minute drive to McKinleyville's McDonald's is worth it for proper service and prepared food.

  They only serve one car at a time through the drive thru. So you will have to wait to order until the car at the window gets their food. I dont recommend ordering curbside pickup as you won't get your food. They will completely ignore your order.

  Ever time I come to this location, not only is the food on point, but it even looks like the picture! The staff here always go above and beyond to provide excellent service and quality food. Thanks guys, YOU'RE KILLIN IT!!

  If you're going to be so anal as to remember and literally charge a card separately for every single sauce, please actually put the sauce in the bag. I know it sounds stupid, but this happens every single time I go to any establishment ever these days. I have to say something at this point. I called after getting home to tell them they charged me and failed to even get the sauce in my bag and they literally told me there was nothing they could do other than I come back and spend my time and gas and let my food get cold to come get the sauces. No girl, the LEAST you could do is comp my $7 food. Customer service is such a no-brainer. I've done it for over ten years. I would be in so much trouble at any job I ever worked at if I ever failed at something this simple and then offered no solution. Absolutely pathetic.
