- MRM ROct 9, 20261.0The absolute slowest service. There was 1 customer ahead of me and it took me 25 minutes to get my food - a simple pad see ew. A group who came after me was served first and they wouldn’t even acknowledge or look at me. They literally started their food before they started mine. Not how restaurants are supposed to work? I will not be coming back ever again. People have limited lunch breaks during work and this is clearly not on their radar at all.

Some makes it very spicy when asked for mild ( more like spicy or extreme) Also pad Thai flavor was way off today. Seems like they are becoming less consistent with their flavours. Some chefs are very good with flavours and good with portions. We got barely any meat and wrong cooking today. Have always gotten Pad Thai but very off today. Seems like training is no longer there and there is no longer consistency. Never had issues with the lunch crew

Also it tasted sooo different and I had a tomato in my Pad Thai. Which is the weirdest thing ever. My partner had a Pad Thai too and there was no tomato as it should be. We might give it one more try but if they changed their recipe, then they just lost two customers.
