- ABAKM H Bhuiyan3 days ago1.0I just got a soup from Thai express. I requested an additional bowl for convenience so that I could split the soup with my wife. The cashier silently changed me one dollar for the bowl. When I noticed it, I told them you should tell me before charging for the bowl, then I could choose whether I will pay a dollar more or not. The cashier just started at me and all other stuff laughed at me as I am telling them something strange. Yes, they can charge me money, but it should be well informed. Also, they should say a simple sorry, not just making me feel like stange.

Not only that, but the dishes are prepared differently from what I remember. I was disappointed with how my order turned out, especially considering the price I was charged. Unfortunately, I most likely will not be returning.
