  I ordered my food at 8:26 and received it at 8:56. 30 minutes of waiting and one couple who came in before us ordered $90 dollars worth of food and received it in around 5 minutes. Another couple came in shortly after me and received their food before mine. I didn’t order a bunch of food. I am completely appalled at the time it took to make our order this is not okay.

  Never again! I rarely leave a bad review, but I just had to this time. I would have given zero stars if that was an option. We ordered take out at the kiosk. 1. We ordered nachos and fries, but there were no nachos in the box when we opened it. 2. They did not have onions during the evening, when you would expect the crowd to get larger for dinner time. 3. They did not mention the fact that they do not have any onions until after the payment, when we had already paid extra for them. 4. When we asked them to mark onions as “unavailable” on the kiosk for all the customers, they said that they do not have control over that, the IT team handles these things, as if that is such a difficult thing to change. 5. We had also ordered a burrito and they had put the additional toppings and sauces into small containers. While I understand this with something like nachos and fries, it would make much more sense for them to add all the sauces and additional toppings while making the burrito itself.

  I would have given 0 stars if that were an option. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at Taco Bell. Our order was completely wrong. We ordered nachos and fries, but when we got home, we found that the container had only fries with none of the nacho toppings. We also ordered a burrito with sauce added inside, but instead of putting the sauce in the burrito, they gave us the sauce on the side. What made the experience even more frustrating was that while we were placing our order at the kiosk, one of the staff members came over to us. They never told us they were out of onions, even though we paid an extra $2 to add them. Only after we had already placed and paid for the order did they tell us they didn't have any onions. Since they didn't have onions, I asked if they could give me chicken on the side instead. They agreed and gave me a small separate container of chicken, but it was just plain, boiled chicken with no seasoning or flavor. It was so unappetizing that I ended up throwing the entire container in the trash without eating it. If you're offering a substitution, it should be something that's actually enjoyable and comparable to what the customer paid for. If an item isn't available, it should be marked as unavailable on the ordering system before customers pay for it. Customers shouldn't have to find out after they've already been charged. I almost never leave negative reviews—in fact, this is the first time I've felt the need to write one. We spent over $30+, and it was not worth it at all. Between the incorrect order, and the disappointing food quality, this visit was a complete letdown. I hope Taco Bell improves its service so other customers don't have the same experience.

  Food took over 30 mins to get and the guy at the front was very rude when we asked how long and also all the people that ordered way after us got their food first. Food was good but we saw our food and they just didn’t want to give it to us there was kids starving. Terrible customer service and wait time was way too long.

  Very disappointing experience. I returned regarding a concern that had already been resolved with another manager, but that resolution was not honored. Instead of listening, the manager was dismissive and rude before I even had a chance to explain why I was there, saying they were too busy. What made the experience unacceptable was being spoken to so disrespectfully in front of staff and other customers. While waiting to be acknowledged, I also witnessed other customers—who said they had been waiting around 20 minutes for their orders—being treated with the same level of disrespect. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability from management. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Based on how customers are treated.
