Spent 50.00 and regret it. 2 double crunchwraps looked like they were squashed woopie cushions and tasted like them too.The 2 nacho fries were such a small serving…I think we got 9 fries? Don’t waste your money here!

I ordered inside the restaurant and waited more then 30 min for them to make it and once they finished i asked the clerk if everything is in there and correct and they said yes, i brought my food home and was missing items and the items that they did make were wrong, i called their phone line and it goes directly to voicemail(i tried 5 times) then i go on the website to make a complaint and their website just keeps saying error and notthing goes thru, absolutely horrible horrible experience and never going there again

Almost every single time I go here there is completely missing items that I paid for, they don’t follow instructions like (no sour cream), and the amount of ingredients they put is comical even when asking for extra. On top of that you will be waiting 20 minutes minimum in the drive thru. It all comes down to a lack of care from employees but more importantly. There is clearly a lack of care from who ever is in charge because they see all these 1 star reviews and choose to not change anything or improve anything.
