  The wait time in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. You may as well remove it and make it dine in only if you’re gonna have restaurant wait times. Sat for over 30 minutes waiting for our food. Also the young man working the drive thru was completely miserable, which I understand probably not your dream to work at Taco Bell but don’t work customer service if you can’t fake it..

  First of all the restaurant, inside dirty and gross just like their tacos every single one of them smashed can’t wait to see what it looks like in the bathroom later!!!

  Cantina chicken bowl does *not* look like the ads. No guacamole - a large part of why I ordered it was because it had guacamole on the menu and in the online customer pictures. No beans or red cabbage either. I asked for sour cream on the side, which I got (and think I was charged for), but also got a bunch of it in the bowl which I obviously didn't want. Can't tell what I paid for because they didn't give me a receipt. Why are there two types of chicken in here? The bean burrito was fine, but I'm not even sure it was the right one or how much I paid for it. This should have been a very easy order to get right. **Added a picture of what it's supposed to look like.

  I absolutely love Taco Bell! If you want fast, affordable Tex-Mex food this is the spot to be at! 10/10
