  This place is very sketchy, ghetto, and unprofessional. My partner lost his wallet last night, we only went to this Tacobell at 9:40pm, we left at 9:55pm. I called three times in a row at 8:25pm on May 18, 2026 asking if they found a wallet and was hung up on twice in a row. The third one the staff member did not bother asking other staff if they seen a wallet, just said that she didn’t see one herself then hung up on me AGAIN. I’m considering making a police report as the worker was behaving sketchy.

  No matter whatime i ordered extra crispy chicken its always NOT AVAILABLE, taste old cooking oil, unlike at other location you can request for crispy chicken and taste good

  Ordered inside through their digital system. Ran out of paper for receipt (order doesn’t go through until it prints but you’re still charged). So I tried telling staff 6-7 times. Completely ignored me and even dismissed me with their hand. After 10 minutes someone finally helped and did the order. While I was waiting now, I asked to use the bathroom. Ignored again. Then they got the order wrong. I didn’t exchange it though, I didn’t feel like waiting anymore.

  its okay but there’s chicken in my beef crunchwrap supreme :( plus the cashier didnt put the lid for my drink on properly and spilt it on my hand and car

  Always a struggle going here. Taco Bell side too lightly staffed and every order I've had in the past month either was forgotton about or took incredibly long. Very frustrating across all Taco Bell combo locations in the city. Menu prices are shooting up, and it does not complement the speed of service or strange combinations of big box menu selections. Every few weeks i try this location with faith that things improve, and it just gets worse.
