  Poor service no one came up to us when we were at the cashier and then people behind us told them to wait on us and the employees were rude and told us to use their stupid kiosk menu which on a piece of crap don't go on the in unicity even when we were paying cash 😡😠

  Order took 20 minutes for Taco Bell, everyone looked confused, Just teens taking care of the orders and nobody was calling them out, all hard taco shells were broken, just barely any meat too. Overall just poor unfortunately.

  Worst Taco Bell experience ever. They took our payment and then informed us they didn’t have black beans. I was fine with replacing it to refried. Then they didn’t have any of the sauces we added to our order, didn’t have ice for our drink and only filled it up for us halfway. If that wasn’t bad enough, none of our 5 tacos were made properly. They were cold, stale and the beans were like a hard rock. Do not recommend, never coming here again. We dealt with Flor at the front. Please improve your service and standards.

  Bugs on the floor, smelt like gas, drinks machine was pumping out hot soda, asked for a bottle of water instead because of the hot soda and was told I had to pay extra. Waited +30 minutes for food, and then proceeded to tell us that they didn’t have what we ordered and they gave us something else instead after we already paid.

  Please do not go here. Awful all round. Stinks of gas, they tried to say it was the drive through, however it’s not smell from Vehicles. There were bugs everywhere and the hygiene was awful. After paying for our food they said they didn’t have that and then we waited 50 minutes for food, was cold and horrific. Went and asked for a refund in the end which they didn’t have the correct amount of money for.
