  DONT GO HERE. Wanted a Chalupa combo, got some chewy gross thing. First off, I waited a good 20-30min for this.. Second, A Chalupa is supposed to be crunchy not chewy.. It was gross. Third, was FORCED to order through the kiosk. The chalupa wasn't what I expected, definitely didn't hit the craving, so I wanted a refund. They threw out the food, thank goodness. The manager argued with me, then motioned for the lady who made it and SHE argued with me. Ridiculous. So unprofessional. Finally got my refund. I haven't been back since.. this was almost 4 months ago now. I've been going to a different Taco Bell as well as a different KFC. Both have been MUCH better. Definitely recommend going to different locations than this one.

  The KFC side of this place might be good but stay away from the taco bell side,horrible food.stale taco shells,soft wrap stuck to paper and tasteless.i would not recommend eating there,lesson learned.

  Do not go to this location at all. Asked for nacho fries at the drive through and specifically asked for the fries to be well coated with the seasoning and still got fries with little to no seasoning on them. When I asked the lady to add extra seasoning on them she first got very pissed and then said she could give me seasoning on the side. Look at the portion!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

  You HAVE TO use the kiosk. They don’t do orders at the counter. There were 5 of us in line talking about how confusing the kiosk was. And we are all tech savvy young adults. The people who had simple orders waited the longest and there was no chronological order. The wait times were very odd. I ordered Dr.Pepper at the kiosk and its self serve fountain machine with no Dr.Pepper as an option. NO NAPKINS. Like anywhere. Or in the bag. When we asked they only gave us one napkin for the two of us. (To share? lol) The tables were disorganized and dirty and the floor was covered in food. We went around 7:40pm so after dinner rush. There was a some man loitering (no food just standing around on his phone) looking at me and my mom and not looking away. We always just do drive-thru so we haven’t noticed how poor it is inside. we will not be back.
