    I had a negative experience at this Subway location on Saturday evening due to an employee’s lack of professionalism. The employee handled bacon while serving another customer and then proceeded to prepare my chicken sub without changing gloves. When this was pointed out, the response was “you should have told me before,” instead of an apology or corrective action. Employee was defensive, rude, and argumentative. She even made unpleasant facial expressions throughout my order, making the situation worse. Cross-contamination is a basic food safety standard and part of employee training. And I am not sorry to say but it is not the customer’s responsibility to remind staff of these procedures. This behavior does not reflect the standards expected from a Subway location, and I hope management takes this matter seriously.
