  This is my favourite subway location. The employee made my sandwich nicely, not just slapping everything together. She also used her own free sub credit on my son because they couldn't do cold cut on a bun, I didn't expect that at all but it was much appreciated. Very friendly service, thank you!

  Terrible customer service and rude employees and management, they made all 3 of my sandwiches wrong and they still made me wait in line again, woman working there is on the phone while taking my order and the order of the other customers, their app is broken and you cant even scan your offers for deals, when you put an order in through the app it comes out of their computer wrong, never going to any subway restaurant again

  I ordered subway from the app and it said my order was being made at 5:22pm and then when I went to the subway my foot-long sub was nowhere to be found and it said it was ready at 6:22pm but it wasn’t so I had to wait till 6:45pm for my order I am really disappointed and I would not recommend ordering online

  I rarely take the time to write reviews, and definitely not for places like Subway, but this experience genuinely deserved one. We came in during our clinic lunch break and placed a pretty large order (8 footlongs), and from the moment we walked in, Dev and Jag (or Jay) were nothing but kind, patient, and incredibly welcoming. You could tell right away that they actually care about people, not just getting orders done. What really stood out to me was how they handled everything with such a positive attitude and good humour. They were laughing, engaging with us, and just brought such a warm, easygoing energy to the whole interaction. Not once did they seem rushed or overwhelmed, even with a big order. They took their time with each sandwich, making sure everything looked clean, organized, and done properly. Every single sub was neatly wrapped, clearly labelled, and honestly looked like it was made with pride and care, not just thrown together. It genuinely felt like the food was made with love. It’s small things like that that make a big difference, especially in the middle of a busy workday. Their attitude lifted the mood for all of us and made our lunch break feel smooth and enjoyable. Dev and Jag/Jay should absolutely be recognized and praised for the level of service they provide, and I truly hope they continue doing exactly what they’re doing, because it does not go unnoticed. This was easily one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and positive energy. You made our day!
