  Went to this location to get a few ready made meals for supper. Went to the cashier to have her to get some service in the restaurant for a pasta salad behind the counter. An East Indian lady with no hair net on looked confused because i wasn't back at the counter yet. I think the spelling of her name was Sumjit, she smirked saying next time go to the bakery and get them to page me. I said there was nobody there either. She said I was just around the corner having my break. She said I could of checked the sitting area. Really? Excuse me? You work there not me, you should be watching for customers. I don't need to go searching for a potential employee on their break! No impressed!

  Not just this save on foods but save on in general. In store promotions where the discount is based on you redeeming saved points should be banned. No other grocer requires me to redeem points to access savings. It's a manipulation policy and it's gross. Go somewhere else where they post actual savings.

  I shopped online and was having my groceries delivered May 1st. I received the substitution items via email that morning and i noticed one of them I could not use. I called the store to check if they could replace that item with another but unfortunately the groceries had already left on the delivery truck. I spoke to 2 ladies in the delivery dept that morning and they were both so kind and accommodating. The 2nd lady I spoke with arranged that the item go out in the next delivery to me. I received it later that day. They all went above and beyond to make sure I received the replacement item. It was great service and I want to send a big thank you to the 2 ladies in the online grocery delivery dept and the 2 delivery drivers. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names but you know who you are and I’m grateful for all your help. I will continue to shop online at your location as my experience was amazing. 🙏. Ty.
