We ordered drinks while deciding on the food, but after that, the service was very disappointing. I’m from British Columbia, and this was my first visit to Manitoba and to Joey’s here. Compared to the service standards in British Columbia, the service here felt very substandard. No one came to check on us after serving the drinks, and we had to call someone every time we wanted to order food or additional drinks. The overall behaviour and service from the staff felt unprofessional, especially for a well-known food chain.
