Ordered the Italy Tour with salad and their breadsticks along with a water.
The breadsticks were undercooked.
The salad tasted alright but had the steam of the lettuce in it as well as the pepper being inedible.
The main entree was the most disappointing with the smallest portions for the price. The chicken was basically a chicken nugget with sauce on it (small and rubbery). There was such a small amount of pasta you could see the plate. The lasagna was dry and the sauce was watery.
My water had an odd soda after taste to it while my partner’s didn’t.
The only redeeming factor of this is that the manager gave a discount. And our sever was okay.

Attended a lunch gathering today at Polo Park Olive Garden and it was fantastic! Our party of five ordered Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce & Meatballs, Chicken Scampi, various Soups, House Salad and Breadsticks along with a variety of drinks. All the food was absolutely delicious! Our server's name was KYRYLO and he did an amazing job servicing all our wants and needs. He was welcoming, polite, attentive and very effecient at his job! Our overall dine-in experience was wonderful and we will definitely come back for our future get-togethers!
I took my mom out for a late Mother’s Day dinner, she got the chicken Alfredo and I had some steak and shrimp pasta. The steak was disgusting, when I took a bite it was like mushed dog food meat chunks. We both had the gnocchi soup to start which the gnocchi itself was very dense and mushy as well. I then tried the chorizo Tuscana soup which was much better. My mom liked her pasta so that’s what matters. I also had their Caesar cocktail which was gross and watery, they said they had a new bartender which is why the drinks also took forever. Finally my mom got the tiramisu cake which she really enjoyed. The service was okay though it took a while to be seen & my server wasn’t the one that finished my bill, it was someone else. Overall I was disappointed in the quality of the food when it’s supposed to be what they’re known for & now I remember why I haven’t eaten at Olive Garden in 7 years.

I had an amazing experience at Olive Garden! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and family-friendly. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.
The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The famous breadsticks were warm and addictive, and the salad was crisp and refreshing. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, and it was creamy, rich, and cooked perfectly. Every dish tasted fresh and well-prepared.
What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Our server checked on us regularly, kept our drinks refilled, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Even during a busy time, the service remained fast and organized.
The restaurant itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place for family dinners, date nights, or celebrations. Overall, Olive Garden delivered a wonderful dining experience that exceeded expectations. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone craving comforting and delicious Italian food!
I have never written a review for anything before, and didn’t even have a google account before I felt like I had to make so I could point out the INCREDIBLE service I received from Matthew during my visit. He was funny, charming, and made the Olive Garden experience that much better. I have been eating at restaurants my whole life, but this was one of the very few times I have actually been wowed by the service I received from someone. If you are ever in the area and want to have a good laugh with one of the best servers in Winnipeg, Matthew is definitely someone you should ask for. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was excellent. A little loud but I’m not surprised given how busy it was in the restaurant. Will definitely be back again as soon as possible.
