The service was excellent, and the manager was very professional, friendly, and respectful with customers. You can really see the good management and care in every detail. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again!
- LRLisa Rego5 days ago1.0Took my husband out for his birthday. We were seated promptly as the restaurant was not busy. Unfortunately our appetizer took 40 mins to get served. Our dinner came out same time as the appetizer. Poorly timed by the kitchen staff. Noticed staff was too busy watching the Tv instead of doing their jobs on a timely manner. The family seated behind us left after only ordering water… staff only noticed an hour later as the table was empty.

She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude and great customer service honestly made our visit even better. She checked in at the right times, was patient, and made us feel really welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had — thank you Gia for the great service!

Got taken to the restaurant. So we went back to wait. Asked if we could sit in the lounge at the bar to wait and have a drink, none of the 3 people doing the seating answered. Went to the bar, which was quite empty. 3 servers behind the bar and nobody came to ask us if we wanted a drink. Half our party went to the washroom and came back, still no service. Clearly, Montana's Regent doesn't need our patronage. We left. Not a good experience
- KDKathryn DyckMay 2, 20262.0Told no reservations on Saturdays. Walked in and told 35-45 minutes, waited over an hour. Given a high table and with bad knees, this is a problem. Told if we wanted a low table it would be an additional 15 minutes wait minimum. Meanwhile, several folks with resos come in. Also several low booths open and available. Worst experience at this location. Would not recommend. Haven't even eaten yet but the good thing is that I know the food here is good.
