- MKM KMay 11, 20262.0This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had. We attended this location, with a reservation, for our child's birthday celebration. The reservation process was great. Simple. Called, Gabe details and then received text message to confirm. A day before the event another text message to confirm the reservation. Arrived and were seated promptly. It took a server many minutes to attend to our table (of 6). The young adults that were dining with us had some questions about beverages available and this appeared to annoy our server. We ordered two appetizers. Nachos came out and the cheese wasn't even melted. We had asked for just pitas, not the whole appetizer. Ended up with the whole thing and had to pay for it. Time to order dinner came with some questions about the sauces available as many folks were ordering ribs and wings. The server was not happy about the questions (that were being asked appropriately). After a sample of the sauces we ordered. Food took a bit to come out but we had appatizers so that wasn't much of a concern. No drink refills. As we were celebrating a special occasion we asked what they do for that. We were told they could come along and bring a dessert. We agreed. We waited 20mins and nothing happened so we left. Teens went outside with an adult and I stayed inside to pay. The server seemed annoyed that we were leaving. I gave my CAA card and the bill hard to be reprinted. It was just akward tension at this point. $250 later, 6 of us left with no plan to return anytime soon.
- HBHank BanMay 3, 20264.0Pretty decent bbq. Brisket dinner very filling. Overall, very good food for a chain. Staff is friendly. Place can get very busy and noisy at peak times. The wait for a table wasn't very long. Would return.
- LML. MayMay 1, 20265.0My first visit wasn't very good, but the manager followed up and reached out. I came back a 2nd time and wow!! Service was great, even though it was busy it didn't take too long for the food to come, and it was delicious! Definitely will be back!
