Well. We were on the road and decided to swing by McDonald’s The sausage and eggs McMuffins were delicious I was saving my coffee and muffin for after and when I got to it my carrot muffin looked like someone bit a piece of. I personally wouldn’t serve food that looks like this if it was a paying customer, I had a sip of coffee and it tasted burnt. A bit disappointing.

The people who work here are so stupid. It hurts. I came through the drive-thru at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, May 18th. I asked for my usual which I get at every McDonald's whenever I have breakfast. Very simple. Egg and cheese McMuffin meal and small vanilla iced coffee with one shot of espresso and 1 extra vanilla. First off, when I came to pay I noticed the price was different. It was $13+. Well I didn't say anything because I was in a hurry and I'm not from Manitoba so I wasn't sure if the tax had something to do with it. Then it took these guys a while just to figure out how to make that coffee. There were three of them arguing and I can see and hear them through the window since it was open and they're like so confused about the coffee instructions when it's actually very basic. Finally by God's will, they were able to put something together. So I drove off cuz I was in a hurry after they gave me my order and obviously they messed up the coffee, I'm unsure if they added an artificial sweetener or maybe they got the ratios wrong but it tastes very horrible. I couldn't even drink it because I don't like any artificial-like taste and it doesn't taste like what I usually get. Hundreds of time got the same coffee and it's always good/drinkable. This time is horrible, really hard to drink this artificial tasting crap. Then to the main thing, the sandwich. How can you mess up a basic egg and cheese McMuffin? I open up the sandwich and they have a piece of ham/ sausage. Whatever the hell it is and I don't eat that. So there goes the sandwich and the coffee. The training of these workers is so poor for them not to even know an egg and cheese McMuffin and add a piece of meat in there and even the vanilla iced coffee was like a mystery to them. And I can't even go back or talk to them or anything. Or even clarify how did I pay $13+, because obviously they didn't put the receipt in the bag. But I know for sure that it does not cost that much. The quality of McDonald's service has just been going down and the prices has been going up. Mcdonald's should address these issue. Look at the Google reviews. See the comments by their customers and people who are not qualified to work from McDonald's should be either trained or laid off because the customers are eventually going to reduce and people are going to prefer to go to cheaper and better options. Mcdonald's is known to be a quick, cheap good tasting food, but now it's just ridiculous to pay $13 for a small egg sandwich a coffee and a hash brown, which they still can't get right. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very slow service at drive thru especially at night, even if there is no one they don't take orders and let me wait. Plz work on that it took them 20mins to take order after arriving at ordering spots at drive thru.
