I would give less stars if i could. We attempted to order at this 24 hour McDonalds via drive through. After waiting over 20 minutes and saying hello to the speaker multiple times we were told they were busy. It wasnt busy. When my drive through order was taken no one came to the window to take payment so I drove around and went in. The staff person then closed the 24 hour store so after having words wirh the staff I left I went around to drive through to warn others only to hear the staff taking orders. Odd as I was told store was closed. Poorest customer service with a claim of too busy ... 5 people in store, 4 walked out and 4 cars in drivethrough when i came through. Never Again.

Unacceptable. Waiting 40 minutes for fast food terrible. Staff could at least tell you it’s going to be a wait instead of ignoring you flat out.

Bro, I drove 45 minutes in traffic for THIS?! The display at the register had Luffy staring back at me like he was actually gonna show up. Instead I got Spider-Man — AGAIN. What is this, a sequel nobody asked for? Back in the SpongeBob Happy Meal days, you knew what you were getting. Now it's like playing a loot box game. Open the bag, find out you got the wrong character. Disrespectful. I'm writing this from my car outside the restaurant. The engine is still running. My child has not spoken since opening the box. This isn't hyperbole. This is a public service announcement. We came for the Straw Hat Pirates. The Pirate King himself. Luffy. GEAR 5 even. The marketing everywhere screamed ONE PIECE. The windows. The app. The corporation lied to us. Either way, we're all pawns in the Great Happy Meal Conspiracy™. What we received: Spider-Man. Red and blue. Spandex. Guilt and trauma from Uncle Ben. All I asked for was one stretchy rubber man who believes eating meat solves every problem. Why is this so hard?

Came to McDonald’s for the One Piece collab and got Spider-Man. I asked for Luffy and got a broke dude in red pajamas who spends his free time getting bullied by teenagers and landlords. I wanted the Grand Line, but McDonald’s sent me straight to Queens. Bro doesn’t even have a crew, a ship, or a devil fruit just web fluid and financial problems. I came looking for the One Piece and found the One Bedroom.

⭐️ 1/5 I have never felt so betrayed by a Happy Meal in my life. I went to McDonald’s for ONE reason: the SpongeBob/One Piece collaboration. I did not buy a Happy Meal because I was hungry. I did not buy it for the fries. I did not buy it for the culinary experience. I bought it because I believed in the dream. And what did I receive? SPIDER-MAN. SPIDER-MAN. I have nothing against Spider-Man. Great guy. Very talented. Probably saves lives on a regular basis. But I did not order Spider-Man. I ordered SpongeBob/One Piece. Imagine ordering a treasure chest and being handed a participation trophy. The fries were fine. The food was fine. But spiritually? Emotionally? I have been defeated. McDonald’s, you had ONE JOB. One star. ⭐️ I will be recovering from this for the foreseeable future.
