  Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Madeline I think?I can’t remember exactly what her name tag read but she had fun nails and a very bubbly personality. She was working at 9pm on May 14th taking payment and giving out food. She was honestly the best person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I feel like McDonald’s isn’t really known for giving out that extreme levels of positive vibes but she definitely nailed it. I hope this location realizes how lucky they are to have her. 11/10

  I went through the drivethru Saturday morning and was greeted by the most friendly girl! Her name was Madeline. Order was correct and quick. Wish all employees were as pleasant and professional. Genuinely cares about her job. 10/10

  I am absolutely appalled by the hygiene at this location (1475 Regent Ave W). The dining area was filthy, with trash strewn all over the floor and tables left uncleaned. It’s deeply concerning to see such neglect, especially considering this specific branch was recently flagged and temporarily closed by Manitoba Health in January 2026 for failing to provide adequate hot water for sanitation. If the public areas are in this state, it raises serious red flags about their food safety protocols behind the counter.That being said, I want to clarify that my criticism is directed at management and the cleaning crew, not the front-line staff. There was an elderly lady serving food who was incredibly sweet and provided excellent service. She is a credit to the team, but she shouldn't have to work in such a poorly managed environment. Management needs to step up and ensure this restaurant meets basic sanitary standards before someone gets sick

Early morning The order taker named DOUGLAS in the drive thru was rude , looked like he or she couldn’t handle the work load just because he got busy doesn’t mean he treat customer like they are nothing. He was super rude . This is how much sauce they say u get on ur burger. Next time if i am hungry and McDonalds is the only place open, i would prefer to sleep hungry instead of coming here ever. It was disgusting never ever in my whole life i had such treatment at a fast food restaurant

  Made a mobile order at 3:30AM, went to pick it up, guy on the mike didn’t even greet, just said not taking order at this time, system reset. When told him we already paid it through app, he said very arrogantly that no payment is being processed at this time, u haven’t paid it. Even though payment was already processed from my account. Didn’t even bother to listen what I’m trying to say.
