  Every single time you go through the driveway you’re prompted to pull over the side to wait for your food. Even when there’s no one in the drive through. Food always comes out cold with stale fries. Wouldn’t recommend

  What the is this? Not a McDonald's apparently. Not on the website. Not connected to any other McDonald's. If you have any issues you're out of luck because this location doesn't answer their phone doesn't care enough. When they do they're so ignorant it's unreal and rude it's unreal. First they don't have my order, then when they finally miraculously find it she has not idea what I want, despite explaining it 4 times. Then talks down to me. Last time I'll give this location money. Worst experience of my life.

  Not sure safe food handling or attention to detail are priorities at this location. I would avoid it if you're getting anything other than a fountain drink or black tea. This is the first Mcdonald's I go past on my way to work each morning. I get an XL tea and sometimes a mcmuffin in the drive thru. The drive thru is an exercise in patience. You'll need to repeat your order at least 3x. You will rarely see it correct on the screen, if the screen appears at all. Usually I need to re-iterate at least once that I am ordering a Tea, not a coffee. Today was probably the 5th time in the last month that I've sat at my desk, taken my first sip of tea and had that "this ain't right" flavor and taken the lid off to find more than an XL tea with 1milk and 1sugar should contain. Pics attached. A bit frustrated I called the location. The phone is answered "hello" (yea that's it) I confirm if this is the Mcdonalds at Ness and Moray. "It is yes, what do you need?" I explain the issue with my tea, "So how do you take you coffee? If you have milk or cream this is normal, but I will replace it for you this time". I reiterate how I have my tea and express my frustration with the general listening skills at the location and ask if the location senior manager can call me back. "Oh for sure, give me your number, I will also give you a credit for a full meal." I provide my number and am left with very low confidence the location manger will actually even call because during this entire conversation I was never asked my name nor was any of the information I provided confirmed with me... Enjoy the photos, and no I am not a plumber and that is not a drain pipe, it's what passes as an "XL Tea with 1Milk and 1Sugar" at this Mcdonalds Location. 😡

  The worst place no cleaning at all so dirty the food I order form my just garbage we put in the garbage very poor McDonald's this location.

  Sucks ahhh got a BLT with no B like i clearly said in the order BLT QB MEALL when i ordered thru drive thru n they gave all the btl meals NO bacon and im pregnant i jus wanted a btl 🤕🥲😭😭😭
