  I visited this McDonald’s today and had a very uncomfortable experience. I asked to use the washroom and the staff member told me it was only for customers. I said that was fine and I was ready to buy something, but I politely asked if he could open it first. He refused and said I needed to order before he would open the washroom. What upset me was that, at almost the exact same time, another customer came in and asked to use the washroom, and the same staff member opened it for him immediately without asking him to order first. As an Indian customer, this difference in treatment made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I understand businesses can have policies, but those policies should be applied equally to everyone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

  They will take forever to give you your change back hoping you forgot about it so they can keep it. Told me I can’t have a drink without ice. Unbelievable will never return

  Service was fine, but you have to walk past like 4 self service displays to get to the counter which was un staffed... This was a McDonalds with a play place, windows, a welcoming atmosphere. It's been recently redesigned and I would describe the aesthetic as "faux brutalist basment." All the colour is gone except for the Happy Meal toy display. The walls have plastic coverings on them that are designed to look like worn concrete. It's dim by design with quality lighting but you'd have trouble reading if you're not by a window. It would be hard to tell if it was clean. It's not a cozy dim, like a romantic restaurant, just dim. This redesign seems to be entirely to make people not want to come into the restaurant. It's not a welcoming atmosphere. It's... depressing. The food is consistent McDonald's food.

  When we went, the place was packed with customers. The employees were doing everything in their power to do their job. Understaffed by at least 3 employees as far as I could tell. Bathrooms were dirty and the socioeconomic differences amongst the customers was very noticeable. Kind of a dive.
