One of the staff member was on break and she played the music from her phone really loud, loud enough to cover my conversation with a friend. This is very unprofessional and she always stares at people who walked past which makes everyone so uncomfortable.
If you hated your job then quit, the customers are too innocent to take up your negativity.
I had a disappointing experience at this location.
On Sunday, I ordered a Happy Meal along with other items. When I checked the meal, it did not include the advertised Mario toy but an older one instead. While I was trying to get assistance, a staff member asked her colleague not to worry about me. It seemed she thought I was asking about my coffee, not the toy, but the way it was handled still felt dismissive.
She later told me to come back on Monday when the Mario toys would be available. However, when I returned on Tuesday and spoke to the same staff member, she said she did not know anything about it and did not offer help. Fortunately, her colleague still gave me the toy in the end, but the situation made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was asking for something I wasn’t entitled to.
I understand that items can be out of stock, but better communication and a more respectful attitude would have made a big difference.
I hope this can be improved for future customers.
Very frustrating experience as a SkipTheDishes driver at McDonald’s. The order was already ready on the counter, but no staff was paying attention. I tried calling out multiple times (“hello”) and still no one acknowledged me. I was just left standing there while the order sat getting cold. This kind of lack of attention and communication wastes drivers’ time and delays customers’ food. They are very slow, and the waiting time is too long. I believe they need to hire more staff to improve service. I hope the manager reads this and takes action to provide a better experience.”
I have eaten at this restaurant many times and often order orange juice with my meal. I understand that the juice here is made from concentrate, but today's drink was not juice at all — it was just yellow-colored water with a slight orange smell. This was plain water, not juice. What exactly was I paying for?
I always check my order before leaving, but I never thought I would have to taste the drink just to make sure I was not being served water instead of juice. This was very disappointing and unacceptable.
It might not be very clear from the photo, but it’s just coloured water; it tastes much like tap water
