    This McDonald's is not set up for dine in. The eight or nine tables that are there are usually occupied by people having a coffee.

    Both washrooms (PlayPlace and inside) were gross and smelled bad. One of the worst I’ve seen in Winnipeg. My daughter refused to use them and had to wait until we got home. Really disappointing, especially for a family place. Staff handled food directly on the tray without any boxes or bags. When I asked about it, I was told that’s their normal procedure.

    Absolute terrible customer service I don’t know if it she was a manger or regular worker but that one eyed short lady completely ignored me and walked off before I could finish telling her what was wrong after getting my order wrong love that.

    I was feeling very tired and sleepy, so I ordered a coffee from this location at 1:20 AM on Saturday night and picked it up through the drive-thru. After leaving, I noticed that the coffee was not fresh at all—it was literally cold. I was very disappointed, especially since I was relying on it to help me stay alert.     Warning to all contractors: Manager at this location is actively harassing community members, threatening local delivery drivers, and creating a hostile environment. Police incident report filed under a keeping-the-peace agreement. Complaint has also been made to corporate for retaliation, intimidation, and a malicious threat to damage a business contract. Any success in this manager's campaign of damaging my contract will be considered Tortious Interference with Contractual Relations, and they will be held financially accountable for the damages. Also a formal investigation is going to be launched as this is a breach of Occupational Health and Safety regulations, as it involves a 3rd party contractor.You guys are required to keep good-faith with complaints, and not threaten to damage someone's livelihood for standing up for themselves because they asked for the manager's name. You also cannot laugh at customers because they aren't psychic and don't know what you want from them? I'm just trying to make a living and that's completely unacceptable. Doing this for 7 years, first time I've ever been laughed at by an employee for anything, and now I'm being threatened because of it.Incident happened at 11:07 pm June 6th. I'd strongly consider replacing management at this location, as that type of behavior is going to catch up to the franchiser responsible for this establishment. Every dollar I lose is being tracked right now since I have to avoid this location, and I have full intentions on pursuing legal remedies for lost income once it reaches a certain amount. Because it's now affecting my job, as I can't simply request a merchant block, and this location is right next to my house...Incident:A staff member laughed at me, and started talking bad about me to the other staff like I wasn't even standing there, because apparently at this place, you have to announce yourself, or they won't know you're there... I've never heard of a restaurant where you had to yell, "hey I'd like to order".. I asked someone else if I could speak to the manager so I could collect the individual's name for a good-faith complaint I planned on filing, and the person that laughed at me was the manager.She then proceeded to threaten me, saying she was going to get me in trouble with DoorDash because I had the gall to ask her for her name & my livelihood is now on the line because I got laughed at and didn't appreciate it?... personally I'm in shock right now, what kind of manager is this? This violates so many agreements, it's hard to keep track of and I'm not letting that slide. This is going to take a huge hit on my bank account now, and it's completely unacceptable. I did absolutely nothing wrong. And ultimately there is going to be about three or four different departments looking into this now.
