  I have eaten twice here in the last 2 weeks and ended up sick the next day. I do not think they are cleaning or sanitizing the work stations and equipment they use as again twice now after eating here I became sick and it honestly felt food poisoning.

  We were drawn in by the coupons. We decided to go to the Pembina and Windermere, Winnipeg location today Saturday August 8th, 2026. Ordered at the drive through and proceeded to pay. Their system did not recognize our gift card. The employees tried many times to rectify the issue. Finally the manager graciously invited us to accept the meal au gratis. The food was great and the service superb. I will most definitely be dining there again.

  The worst chicken ive had in a long time, and they didn't give me my proper order, paid for large fries and got a little packet with like 10 fries in it. And there was like 1/2 inch of grease at the bottom of the bucket🤢🤢🤢, will not go there again

  I've been coming to this KFC location for quite some time, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and tastes incredibly fresh, which really reflects their commitment to quality. Every menu item I've tried has been cooked to perfection. What impressed me most was my most recent visit. I ordered extra crispy chicken, and the staff called ahead to let me know it would take 20–30 minutes because they prepare it fresh. I truly appreciated the transparency. When I picked up my order, they accidentally gave me the original recipe instead. Before I even noticed, they called me to acknowledge the mistake. When I returned, they replaced my order with the correct one and generously let me keep the original meal as well. That level of honesty, accountability, and customer service is rare. The staff are always friendly, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. Their consistency and dedication deserve recognition—I genuinely believe this team has earned it. Highly recommended!

  We went to KFC today morning, had the worst experience ever. An employee named Ashton had 0 customer service skills, and was rude. Felt like a racist experience. We ordered chicken sliders, Ashton asked us to wait for 6 to 7 mins for our order which is fine, because this was not the first time we were ordering especially at this specific KFC. We waited for around 25mins, no one came up to the window to update us. I ended up calling, Ashton accepted my call, I told him we have been waiting here for 25mins, he started arguing that it has not been 25mins.Then he came to the window and literally with 0 empathy asked us "how would we like our refund", we literally waited for 25mins to not get our food and get a refund for no reason. He was rude and unprofessional. I am adding a picture of Ashton. KFC please take an action because we will not be coming back to this KFC ever again.
