Pre ordered for pickup at 645. Got a notification the order was ready at 650. Showed up at 7. Order wasnt ready until 7:18. Staff didnt care. Said they were waiting on fries. But we didn't order fries. Asked for the managers info and they scribbled something on a piece of paper. Management needs to do better. These employees lack customer service.

Staff is not good. No introduction. Asked a question and could barely hear what she was saying as she was not speaking clearly.,

How does a big franchise restaurant not have any plates available? We came to dine in and ordered a family bucket, asked for a plate and they said they didn't have any. Bad service. We had to ask for it to go and walked back home to eat. Popcorn chicken dried and tasteless Chicken was soggy and tasteless Disgusting 🤮

This KFC location is very clean, new, and really appealing. The restaurant itself looks great, but the service was quite slow. There were 3 staff working, and it still took 17 minutes to receive my order. They were also out of Big Crunch sandwich patties. It seemed like delivery and pickup orders were being prioritized over dine-in customers, which made the wait feel even longer.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The person at the drive through and over the phone was terrible. Speaking to us as if they were doing us a favour. Kept interrupting us while we were trying to place the order. The food was fine. But I would not return here due to the behaviour of the staff.
