  The chicken is always hot and fresh but the downside is you have to wait a little bit longer than usual to serve you.

  Workers here always in the back taking and doing nothing, when ever I come here I have to wait at the counter and keep trying to calling them. I can see them are in the back on phone and couldn’t because of the machines. This is ridiculous

  I went to this store, the store still open, I try to buy chicken and popcorn, they said they already close, how come the store still open but no food to serve????? Bad experience

  We are declined to order chicken just because the store is close in 10 minutes, then why you say you open until 11pm, just say open until 10:55????? Waste of time. Service is rude too
