We have ordered ahead of time for pick up a few times from the Northtown Rd location. Despite doing this we’ve had to wait for the order even though pick up time has been specified and payment has already been made.
The last time was the worst. Not only was the order not ready, but they didn’t even have record of it - this time the order had been placed in person and paid for several hours before the pick up time. We had to wait 15 minutes, which may not seem like a long time but this had all been prearranged for a specific time. For an order that was more than $130 all we received for our inconvenience was a large gravy! Also, when they packed the order the fries were not bagged so they had cooled significantly by the time we were ready to eat.
This is the last time we visit this location as our experience has been unacceptable and terrible.

Made me wait over half an hour for an order I placed online so that I could just pick it up. When I went through the drive through I was told to give them 4-5mins (mind you after placing the order 20mins prior) I parked and waited and guess what took them about another 20mins she rocks up and says oh I added one fries for me! Like ma’am I don’t want that fried I paid for the order I want and I ordered before coming! Have more staffs if you can’t manage orders in evening - basic!

In addition to my first review, we ordered again when running late for supper. We paid 48$ for this, so beware going there. The manager told my wife it would be a few minutes for chicken, so would she take dark meat, my wife didnt understand what she was asking and just agreed, not thinking anything of it and would have waited for the proper order. The picture shows what they deem a proper bucket of chicken. Complained, headoffice called, and said they'd be re training, but that doesnt replace the 48$ I spent. Will never return or recommend KFC again.
We've ordered a couple times lately from this location, and the previous times were very good. This evening we pre-ordered on the app, and arrived a few minutes early to the pick up time, and while the sides ( fries gravy coleslaw and corn)were fine, the chicken was soggy to the point the skin just fell off as you picked it up. It had obviously been sitting for some time, and nowhere near fresh. For 50+ $ nowadays, it was very disappointing.

I just bought food from here and was very disappointed. The food was cold and extremely salty. The root beer also had no gas at all — it tasted like sugar water. Overall, the quality was not good and not what I expected.
