  Worst place to get food! Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order at 6:30 PM, right in the middle of peak dinner time, only to be told they had run out of crispy chicken. To make matters worse, the chicken I received was soggy and soaked in grease instead of being fresh. They also forgot to include my popcorn in the order. How do you run out of a popular menu item during dinner rush and still serve such poor-quality food? The order was incomplete, the food was disappointing, and the overall experience was terrible. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  They refused my order while they were still open. I get it they were minutes away from closing, but they are obligatory to take orders before closing, yet they didn’t.

  Good service with a diverse team that's most important. But why offer 6-7 sauces to have half of them constantly out of stock. Just do 2-3 sauces and keep them in stock. Luckily for yoy I didn't refund my $30 order.

  My phone order was placed at 11:40 pm on September 24th. At 11:50, I was queuing at the drive-thru. The car in front of me had been waiting for twenty minutes. When we reached the window, she said there was a system failure and that she couldn't receive the order as an excuse, asking me to go to the front desk and wait further. I gave her the receipt including the order time, location, and payment voucher. She still refused to refund me by saying that she hadn't received the order. I asked this 50-year-old Filipino lady if if there was no order received tonight, would I have to wait until tomorrow morning to get the food. She said it was my decision, sir. If you want, I said I didn't have that much time. I requested a refund. Her attitude was unfriendly and she kept repeating that I didn't have an order. After five minutes, she said she saw the order and asked me to wait at the front desk. Then she added, no matter where you go, you need to be patient. I left KFC late today. I came here because of the brand and service, not to listen to the staff telling customers how to handle problems. I have no idea what kind of management team could handle this situation in such a way. If the shareholders of this store have tacitly approved of this behavior, then good luck to them！
