  My mother who died July 1 loved kfc. So naturally we wanted to celebrate her life by buying a bucket and having a picnic. However this kfc had the rudest clerks who would not give us forks but after pressing found 2. Our party had 3 so I asked for one more. With much complaining they found a third fork. Could hardly get them to give us ketchup. DONT GO HERE

  I would mention, I was doing third party deliveries tonight. The staff were very polite and calm. Even though they were very busy on Saturday night yet they handled everything with care. Really appreciate their efforts.

  I ordered 2 - 2 piece. On June 24th 2026. Ate it around 8 pm by 1 am I was so sick and puking until 6 am in the morning. All i could think about was that chicken while i was getting sick. Its the only food I ate that afternoon-night. The next day after sleeping I was fine but week. You can come to your own conclusion.

  On Friday night around 1:00 AM, I came through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order. Customers usually place mobile orders late at night to save time and make the process easier. I ordered three 4-piece chicken meals with fries and popcorn chicken. When I arrived about 15 minutes later, the employee at the window informed me that they did not have enough chicken to complete one of the 4-piece meals. She offered to replace the missing pieces with only 2 tenders or told me I would have to wait 40 minutes for more chicken. This is a fast-food restaurant, so expecting customers to wait 40 minutes for two pieces of chicken is unreasonable. I asked if I could receive 4 tenders instead, but the request was denied because she said it would be too expensive. I eventually accepted the 2 tenders replacement, but then had to wait another 15 minutes for an incomplete order. To make matters worse, the order was handed to me was cold and without any ketchup or hot sauce. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have received. The lack of preparation, poor communication, and unwillingness to provide a reasonable solution made for a very disappointing visit.

  The food was awful, I always had a good image about KFC in my mind, but today we had a 4 pc chicken and a snacker wrap, fries were okay, the wrap also kinda ok but falling apart didnt bother to close it I guess, but when I had the chicken drumstick I don't know I guess it was raw and oily, and the other piece was full of oil and chicken felt slimey I feel like throwing up right now.
