  Two chicken sandwich meals + small gravy cost $40. Maybe 15 short fries, overbreaded greasy messy chicken sandwich with zero flavour. Only gave us 2 napkins in bag. What a ripoff. Will NEVER eat at KFC again. Felt gross after eating, and didn't even finish!

  The chicken was incredibly oily, dry, and tasted like it had been cooked in old, burnt oil. It was honestly one of the most disappointing meals I've had. Unfortunately, this place seems to be in a free fall. Judging by the repeated complaints, it doesn't appear that anyone is paying attention to customer feedback. Instead of addressing the issues, the management seems more interested in ignoring them. A little less ego and a lot more focus on quality and customer satisfaction would go a long way.

  Chicken is so hard and dried out that I cannot even bite it anymore. I feel like bringing it back and have the person take a bite who’s incharge of the food preparation there.
