  If you go there at night and use the drive-thru, be prepared to wait a very long time. I’ve been there several times at night, and every time the drive-thru has an extremely long wait. It’s frustrating because many customers have complained about the same issue, yet it doesn’t seem like anything is being done to improve the service.

  Absolutely terrible experience. Service was extremely slow, and the staff were unprofessional, dont care about customers. Never coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Go to another kfc

  I would give zero if I could. Worst kfc/Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Everyone here today is leaving and asking for refunds as the wait is forever (like 40 minutes on a lunch hour when people need to get back to work and school). They advertise the Olivia Rodrigo baja blast and let you order it. But they don’t have it. Don’t ask you if you want something else, just give it to you. Then it takes ten minutes to get a refund that they don’t seem to understand why you want. Then we realized they forgot our fries. It took another ten minutes at least to get what we originally ordered. They forgot they were getting us our fries! So it took an hour for a very unimpressive meal. And they did nothing to make up for their mistakes, lack of accountability and slow slow moving. If McDonald’s takes more than five minutes they’ll throw in an apple pie at least. I’ll. Never go back to this location. And advise you to never go either.

  This is a very poorly managed store. Ordered to dine in 20 minutes later they tell me they don’t have the product. People coming behind me getting their orders served before. Got 3-4 people orders wrong. I paid with my card and they returned me cash with less money and kept the receipt. I didn’t even bother to ask. Love kfc but never going to this location. Please do better in future.
