  I ordered Large Seasoned Corn thru drive-thru and I noticed that they just gave me a plain corn. I went back to firmly asked if I could get the seasoning for it but they told me that they ran out of seasoning. I wouldn’t have ordered this if they had told me that they ran out of seasoning!!! I also ordered 4pcs Chicken and I was looking for the gravy but they didn’t give me anything. Just a bunch of ketchup packets LOL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 😡

  If I could give them less than a one star rating, I would it’s the most horrible food I’ve ever had in my life. It arrived completely drenched. I don’t know if they poured water over it or what they did. It was nasty. I didn’t eat any of it. Then they were on the phone all night and wouldn’t answer it kept saying the employee was on the phone when she finally answered. She was so rude. When I spoke to the manager the next day, she was also rude or maybe it was just a language barrier I’m not sure

  Worst location ever. Sat in the drive thru for literally 23 minutes before even placing an order and this was late at night not during the day and to add insult to injury the food was terrible. Definitely avoid.

  I don’t understand the point of these negative comments. Like, you write something negative and yet you still come back to this place- so what’s the point of your negative comments then??? This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered food here, and they always serve me very well and quite quickly. If you’re in a bad mood, why take it out on the staff? Go scream into a pillow- maybe you’ll feel better.

  Horrible customer service. We try to order at the till. Lady so damn LAZY that she tells us to order at the Kiosk as she just stands at the till looking dumb and wasting company money doing nothing. Not doing her Job. AVIOD this KFC/TACO bell at all cost if u wanna wait forever for food and being told to order on a kiosk instead of in person. Easier to pay cash at a till than a machine that only takes Card. Had to go bsck up to pay with cash anyways. What's the point on sending us to the kiosk. Horrible KFC. With Horrible Staff that do nothing and get paid for it. Company should look into that. Save $2,500 a month by cutting that employee just standing at the till doing nothing but wasting breath and time and money. And people's patience
